Public Corruption Task Force
Government abuse gets investigated like the crime it is.
Create a serious public corruption function focused on government abuse, public integrity, retaliation, fraud, coverups, and misuse of public office. When the people who run the system break the rules, the response cannot be a press release and a shrug.
Judicial Accountability
Nobody in a black robe is above the Constitution.
Investigate patterns of misconduct, biased rulings, procedural weaponization, undisclosed conflicts, and abusive court practices. Support citizen recall mechanisms and independent review, so accountability does not depend on the system policing itself.
End Qualified Immunity
Rights violated means somebody answers for it.
Support ending the legal shields that prevent people from holding government actors accountable when rights are violated. If an ordinary Michigander would face consequences, so should an official with a badge, a title, or an office.
End Civil Asset Forfeiture Abuse
Your property is not a revenue stream.
No property should be taken without real due process, real evidence, and real accountability. Policing for profit corrupts everything it touches, and it ends the day the Attorney General stops defending it.
Government Transparency
Sunlight, by default, on every deal.
Expose backroom deals, NDA government development deals, hidden contracts, and public records games. If a deal cannot survive the people reading it, it should never have been signed.
Courtroom & Public Meeting Recording
The people's business happens on the record.
Support public recording of government proceedings by default, with narrow exceptions for legitimate victim privacy and safety. Courtrooms and council chambers belong to the public, not to the officials who occupy them.
Stop Corporate Capture
Big business doesn't get to buy this state.
Ban pay-to-play lobbying culture, gifts, revolving-door corruption, and corporate control over public policy. Corporate welfare deals negotiated in secret with taxpayer money are corruption with better branding — and they get treated accordingly.
Property Rights & Tax Reform
Your home is not the government's piggy bank.
Defend homeowners, landowners, small businesses, and ordinary people from predatory government practices — from property-tax foreclosure abuse to regulatory takings dressed up as policy.
End the Duopoly
Red Team. Blue Team. Same Machine.
They divide. You pay.
Property tax. State income tax. No-fault insurance games. Corporate welfare. MEDC handouts. Taxes, war, inflation, corruption — the machine keeps rolling no matter which team drives, because both teams work for the machine, not for you.
The definition of insanity is voting for the same two-party system and expecting freedom. Democrat or Republican — two corrupt wings on the same bird. Michigan deserves an Attorney General who answers to the Constitution and the people — nobody else. Back to the Constitution.
